J & L Jewelry is the best! I have had my diamonds reset by them & I knew they would take good care of my diamonds and they made beautiful settings. I trust them and the quality of their work is exceptional. I have also bought an eternity ring and another ring from them. They have beautiful jewelry!

I love this place!!! Thought checking this place out again, and read some reviews. I’m sorry other people didn’t have a good experience. But, I’ve come to this store quite a few times and all I can say was. They are really good about their service. Love Janis of course! Always friendly, not just with customers. Everyone in vicinity! Love love their stuff. Custom made jewelry are always awesome! Plus they always re-size your finger! Above and beyond care from them. Thank you j Jewerly!

I was turned on to this Jewelry store by a friend. It turns out more than one of my friends frequents This establishment and both have only good things to say. So with that being said I went in to check them out. I was completely captured by their consignment case and have since purchased multiple pieces of jewelry. I never receive less than excellent customer service. My Boston Terrier goes everywhere with me and I love when Josh greats her by name! If there is anything you need from a repair to a custom piece, this is your store. I am so happy to have found them and absolutely love Shopping at J&L Jewelers♥️

J&L is a very nice place to go shop for jewelries and watches repair. I did both. I am truly glad to have this shop. All the ladies who work there are really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. And there is Josh a marvelous and delightful gentleman. His recommendations always right and very satisfying. I may not be a big jewelry spender but if I do need something this is where I go. Their services and kindness are priceless.

I loved my experience with J&L! My husband purchased some earrings from J&L for me for Christmas, but they weren't quite my style, so I visited to exchange them. Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I don't really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!

I have been going to J and L for many years. Watches have been repairs, batteries changed, and had them all cleaned up. All of the staff a the store are kind, friendly, and super helpful. They provide many options when repairing or replacing jewelry. I can't recommend this place enough.

What a pleasant experience! Needed my new watch sized and they were so patient with the needed back and forth adjustments to ensure it fit to my liking. The staff was so friendly and so thorough even for a simple watch sizing. I recommend anyone in the Long Beach area - great selection of diamonds and jewelry as well.

Stopped in randomly while waiting to pick up my lunch next door after spending all day on home repairs (and I very much looked like it) tbh because my raggedy appearance not expecting anyone to help me at all and I was looking for a very specific ring so I thought I’d take a quick glance but Monica was exceptionally warm and friendly. Amazing energy tbh makes me want to come back and shop for maybe other things as well. Very cute store, easy parking, lots of very nice designs that are stylish and timeless.
